Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Occasionally shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as customs, weather conditions or carrier delays. Échlon Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages Échlon Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date please contact us at hello@echlonessentials.com
